For many years the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, NASA, have been working on their InSight Robotic Lander as they planned to send the device to Mars' surface for scientific study. Well, yesterday was InSight's launch and it's with great excitement that we can confirm it was a completely successful venture.

Specifically, the launch that was scheduled to begin on November 26 at 2:00 p.m. EST was broadcasted across the world live and showed the piece of amazing tech land on the planet's surface before its dual camera system was able to send back images of the red planet's surface and horizon. As for what they are going to do from here, Insight is going to study the world's deep interior, making it the only planet, apart from Earth of course, that has been examined in this way with the possibility of water and alien life being found consequently.

Take a look at the landing below as well as the images it sent back, if you are interested then stay tuned as we will keep you up to date with all of the story's developments.
